We have a zero tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse. This is one of the most serious violations of our Community Guidelines.
What We Don't Allow
Content That Sexualizes or Endangers Children
We don't allow content that sexualizes or endangers children, real or fictional. This includes:
- Any visual depictions or discussions of sexually explicit conduct involving a child
- Content featuring real children in sexual contexts
- Fictional content (anime, media, text, illustrations, or digital images) that sexualizes minors
- Profiles or content that suggest sexual interest in minors
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
It's prohibited to upload, store, produce, share, or entice anyone to share child sexual abuse material, even if the intent is to express outrage or raise awareness about this issue.
For the purposes of this policy, a child is anyone under the age of 18.
Our Commitment
Fateda is committed to protecting children from sexual exploitation and abuse. We:
- Use advanced technology to detect and remove such content
- Work with law enforcement agencies worldwide
- Report all instances of child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities
- Immediately and permanently ban any account involved in such activity
What Happens If You Violate This Policy
Violations of this policy result in:
- Immediate and permanent ban from Fateda
- Reporting to law enforcement agencies
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Cooperation with criminal investigations
There are no warnings or second chances for violations of this policy.
How to Report
If you encounter any content that violates this policy:
- Report it immediately through our reporting system
- Do not share, save, or forward the content
- Contact law enforcement if you believe a child is in immediate danger
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement immediately.
