What We Don't Allow

Bulk Messaging

This includes:

• Sending the same message to multiple users
• Copy-pasting identical messages
• Automated messaging or bots
• High-frequency messaging that disrupts the platform

Misleading or Misdirecting Links

• Sharing links that don't match their description
• Phishing links or malicious websites
• Links to spam or scam websites
• Shortened URLs that hide the destination

Multiple Accounts

• Creating an excessive number of accounts
• Having multiple active profiles to engage in unwanted interactions
• Using multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
• Creating accounts that cause disruption to other members

Unwanted Interactions

• Repeatedly messaging someone who hasn't responded
• Continuing to contact someone after being asked to stop
• Sending irrelevant or off-topic messages

What Is Allowed

Normal, authentic communication is always welcome:

• Sending personalized messages to matches
• Sharing relevant links (like social media) when appropriate
• Having genuine conversations
• Following up on previous conversations

How to Spot Spam

Warning signs of spam:

• Generic messages that could be sent to anyone
• Messages with suspicious links
• Requests to move conversation off-platform immediately
• Asking for personal information or money
• Messages that don't relate to your profile or conversation

Enforcement

If we identify spam activity:

• We may remove spam content
• We may restrict messaging capabilities
• We may suspend or permanently ban accounts
• We may remove multiple accounts created by the same person
