Physical and Sexual Violence

We don't tolerate any content, imagery, or behavior that commits or threatens credible acts of physical or sexual violence.
What We Don't Allow
Threats of Violence
This includes:
- Threatening to harm someone physically
- Making credible threats of violence
- Expressing intent to commit violent acts
- Threatening behavior that creates fear
Physical Stalking
- Using our platform to stalk or harass someone in person
- Sharing someone's location without consent
- Showing up uninvited to someone's location
- Repeated unwanted contact that constitutes stalking
Sexual Assault
We define sexual assault as unwanted physical contact or attempted physical contact that is sexual in nature. This includes:
- Any non-consensual sexual contact
- Attempted sexual assault
- Coercion or pressure for sexual activity
- Content that promotes or glorifies sexual assault
Exploitation and Human Trafficking
- Using our platform to assist, facilitate or support exploitation
- Human trafficking activities
- Content that promotes exploitation
- Recruitment for exploitation or trafficking
What to Do If You Experience Violence
If you experience or are threatened with violence:
- Your safety comes first: If you're in immediate danger, call emergency services (911 in the U.S.)
- Block and report: Block the user and report the incident to Fateda immediately
- Document evidence: Save screenshots and messages as evidence
- Contact law enforcement: Report threats or acts of violence to local authorities
- Seek support: Reach out to support services for victims of violence
Our Commitment
Fateda takes all reports of violence seriously. We:
- Immediately review all reports of violence or threats
- Permanently ban accounts involved in violent behavior
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
- Provide resources and support to victims
- Work to prevent violence on our platform
Enforcement
Violations of this policy result in:
- Immediate and permanent ban from Fateda
- Removal of all violating content
- Reporting to law enforcement
- Cooperation with criminal investigations
There are no warnings for threats or acts of violence.
